Structural Insulated Panel Specialists

SIP Panel Installation Across Southern California

We self-perform structural insulated panel installation with our own crew, closing in a tighter, more energy-efficient building envelope faster than conventional framing.

What is a SIP

Structural panels, built to perform.

A structural insulated panel (SIP) is a rigid foam core sandwiched between two structural skins of oriented strand board, creating a single panel that is both the frame and the insulation. Panels are engineered off site to exact specifications, then set in place to form walls, floors, and roofs in one pass.

For owners and architects, that means a faster, tighter building envelope, exceptional energy performance, and fewer subcontractors coordinating in the field. What most Southern California contractors sub out, we install ourselves.

Why build with SIP

Advantages that show up on every project.

Speed of Enclosure

Panels arrive pre-cut and close in the shell fast, cutting weeks off the schedule.

Energy Efficiency

Continuous insulation with no thermal bridging keeps utility bills low year round.

Strength & Span

High strength-to-weight ratio allows large clear spans with slender framing.

Airtight Envelope

Factory-precision seams cut air leakage far below standard stick framing.

Consistent Quality

Panels are manufactured under controlled conditions, leaving far less room for field error.

Common questions

SIP construction, answered.

How much faster is a SIP build than stick framing?

Because panels arrive pre-cut and close in large sections, SIP structures typically enclose much faster than site-built framing, often shaving weeks off the schedule on the right project.

Do SIPs meet California energy code (Title 24)?

Yes. SIP assemblies deliver continuous insulation and low air leakage that make Title 24 compliance straightforward, and they are approved for a wide range of residential and light-commercial building types.

What do SIPs cost compared to standard framing?

Material cost can be comparable or higher, but faster enclosure, lower framing labor, and reduced energy bills often offset it. We provide a clear estimate for your specific project.
